Scarf Custom Process

1. Discussing
First we will to listen to your idea and request carefully, and patiently discussing for many times, in order to help you to develop the most suitable and professional scheme.

2. Designing
We have many professional software to design your products with your idea,our experienced designer will create and provide different pattern and color options for your refer.

3. Printing
We have automatic imported digital printing and screen printing machine,it can better to display the colors and make the pattern more vivid.Usually it only need few hours to print the bulk fabric.

4. Comparing
We take the printed fabric to compare with digital picture, carefully check the base pattern, especially pay high attention to color and size.

5. Cutting
We cut the scarf fabric according to grid lines,cut with heating wire if scarf of fabric is silk or cotton material,that can ensure straight not curved cutting.

6. Sewing
We sew the edge of scarf according to custom's requirement, plain flat or zigzag rolling, all edges are density stitches.

7. Ironing
We use 100°sterilizing steam ironing, traditional manual ironing, completely avoid wrinkles, and sterilizing ironing makes the scarf safer.

8. Inspecting
We repeatedly check each scarf, printing, thread, washing label, trademark, hemming, and the scarf itself are our key inspection points.

9. Packing
Manual packaging ensures that the scarf is beautifully folded, and an environmentally friendly opp bag is used to fit the scarf precisely to prevent the scarf from being folded during transportation.

Each of our scarves is almost the same color as the design draft, with bright colors and printing high permeability; we can display it before shipping and send professional photos for your confirmation.
